Makes sense.
Like wobo suggested in another post, it is most likely a fellow packager 
or developer who would be making the contact, wanting to better 
understand the details/rationelle of the change.

So I would probably like to put : pseudo + pseudo at mageia.org
(where pseudo is my login)
