[Mageia-dev] gsoap package and license issue

Hi,
what follows it's last mail I received with a gsoap license
review, can someone with the right skill help and
see if we can ship it/can contribute to better fix gpl
license etc?

You are correct about GPL being used commercially.  I have included a 
copy of the license agreement for your review; I think it should answer 
most questions.  I am happy to answer anything that is missed.
