[Mageia-dev] FireFox ESR <= we should totally go for this wrt stable releases

Then we will have 13.0, 14.0, 15.0, 16.0, 17.0, 17.0.1, 17.0.2 for Mageia
2. Personally, as an average user, I tend to delete system FF 10, if there
is FF13 elsewhere. I'm afraid most users think the same. Of course, I could
be wrong.
