Ok with systemd virtual consoles work,  but boot time with systemd is
much more slower than with sysvinit. From grub menu to kdm 48seg with
systemd, 30seg with systemvinit (althought around 7 seg is spent in an
udev error). It seems to take some time after the message "Console
system startup logging", which after that delay KDM starts to load but
I didn't manage to see the message between "Console system startup
logging" and KDM load.
