The .upload (used to decided if we display it as uploaded) was created
3s after the upload finished (the .youri)
Looking at the .youri, it correctly updates the hdlists (to
20120125-132029-synthesis.hdlist.cz) and runs the "mirror" post which
rsync to the reference mirror, which is then directly used by the
build system.

I have no idea why it was not available.
