[Mageia-dev] My feeeling about the rpmlib(X-CheckUnifiedSystemdir) dependency

The circular dep is easy to understand:

rpm is linked over perl => urpmi rpm pull new perl
perl have file in /usr/lib => require new filesystem (+a lot of perl
module + other rpm linked over lib perl + urpmi, etc...)
filesystem require the rpmlib() dep, pull rpm
