I will need a decision about the license before submitting. I feel there 
is no problem, but want to be sure.

I was waiting until after mga2 - it's low priority.

re. oce
It's a require for FreeCAD which I was working on, but due to lack of 
time and problems with other requires, it's currently on hold.

Please keep them both for now.
