Yes please.

IIRC last cycle even those with freeze busting powers still posted
Freeze Push request mails for the purposes of peer review etc.

(small exceptions for certain tasks (e.g. my LSB'ification of
initscripts etc.) which were somewhat late in the cycle were made of
course, but for the general course of things I think it's probably a
good practice generally, even if somewhat frustrating - still it keeps
everyone who can bust freeze on their toes at least :D)
