- .cma .cmi .cmo .cmxs .so META .so.owner
(and README, LICENSE, etc...)

devel package:
- .a .cmxa .cmx .o .mli .ml
(and documentation)

If you don't know just don't delete anything, just provide what the
install script did installed.
Anyway if there is something installed (by error) it won't have bad
effects on the real parts of the lib.
