This seems quite close from problem reported here:
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9434
In my case, the problem vanished when switching to fedora-style systemd
unit (started with -DForeground, with a notify type, instead of normal
forking type).

That function is not currently supported, but Bill Gates assures us it
will be featured in the next upgrade.
