That's what I meant with my question about the nature of the meeting.

As I wrote, I'm free all 3 days and I can come over to meet - have to
go back at 8:30pm to catch my train, so lunch or early dinner or
whatever would be a pleasure.

Well, picture 7 French people at a lunch table in Bruxelles, all
talking in different dialects! I survived that (with a little help
from shikamaru and others) :)
