I'm not sure a new list is needed as I don't see what kind of discussions
would go to that list. Discussions about blog moderation can be done on
the same list where comments are posted. Discussions about blog setup
can be done on webteam or sysadmin lists. Discussions about writting of
new blog posts can be done on marketing/communication list (or other
depending on the subject of the blog post). So what would be the use of
an other list ?
