Thx for the offer to debug on IRC but I'm occupied with other work
right now and could not follow IRC at the moment. But I can use mail
every now and then :)

This returns many information but in the end the main problem shows:

"Daemon refuses execution, no modules are loaded" (translated from German)

This seems to be the problem! But which modules and why are they not loaded?
