Totally agree, dual monitors are the best thing since sliced bread.

Anyway, you guys using dual monitors can you look at gnome bug 661243 (mga
bug 1655) and see if you can add some comments that may leading to getting
the problem I reported with gnome-panel fixed.

With my setup I can't get the panel properties to change the background on
my second monitor. Its ok on the primary monitor.

TIA for any info you can add to this bug.
