No, I "get" that you have strong enough opinions about it to have 
concocted "Philadelphia Lawyer" workarounds that meet your ethical 
criteria.  Although I have to say that the behaviors you describe would 
make you as difficult to work with as the examples Marja gave.

All I'm saying is that there are cultures that don't share your views.  
What seems absolutely unworkable to you works for them because they have 
an implicit understanding of what a person will or will not do, and do 
not rely as heavily on the formal bonds of contract.
