handbooks are fully part of a kde install; they shouldn't be removed.
A kde install without handbooks is a damaged kde install.

<teasing> could you please be consistent; in bugreport 3871#c29 you ask 
to have more documentation, and here you say us that you don't need 
handbooks, and remove them. I don't understand.

I'm sure you can learn about lots of nice kde features if you read 
handbooks :-)

I wrongly added in task-kde4-handbooks some handbooks for games that are 
not installed by default (because DVD iso are currently built without 
suggests).
I will fix this after beta2.

weird, could you please open a bugreport including the result of
