[Mageia-i18n] i18n team leadership

Since we should discuss the leadership on the ML:

I'll nominate wobo, he is by far the most experienced (in terms of 
Mandriva/Mageia) person we have.
He has done a great job today and as one of the founders, we have some 
spokesperson there.

What do you think?

We can still take a real election somewhen next year...
