Ok

according to the screenshot, akien just sent me, at least the
commiters should be able to upload files.

So please to all commiters:

Download the po files from web svn (I sent the list of links on the
ml) and upload them to Tx.

Till now, I'm not sure, if non-commiters have the neccessary
permissions to do so, if you have, do!

Then you can choose the ways I described, to translate.

I will tell you more tomorrow.
