[Mageia-i18n] Transifex replacement

Hi there,

these days I read that weblate has become 1.0. I will look into it, so 
we can discuss, if and how we can replace Tx after Mga2.

I won't be able to do this for the next let's say three weeks and if 
someone else is interested, it would be good. We can then discuss 
everything in a (longer) meeting and on the ml.
