[Mageia-i18n] [Bugzilla] [Mageia bugs reminder]

Thanks for the input and the discussion. I edited the reminder description as:

"Hi,

you, or your team, are the assignee for the following bugs for Mageia.
We would like to know whether they were assigned correctly. For each of them:

 * If you don't have a clue and don't see a way to find out,
   then please put NEEDHELP on the whiteboard.

 * Either put OK on the whiteboard if the bug is correctly assigned
    or change the status to ASSIGNED if you are working on it.

 * Assign back to Bug Squad or to the correct person to solve this bug
   if it was wrongly assigned to you, and explain why.

Thanks a lot!"

(the main issue I have is that the reminder email does not keep the
formatting, so it's less readable - if anyone has a clue about
formatting Bugzilla Whining descriptive text... I'm interested :-p)
