Sorry, my answer was not well formulated, it may have sounded a bit
vindictive but this was not my intention. I just wanted to explain the
circumstances for this mail being automatically generated and
addressed to the whole team. But your misunderstanding of the message
clearly shows that this reminder is hard to understand for people who
are not used to Bugzilla, so thank you for explaining the points which
were hard to understand. I saw that Romain edited the message,
hopefully it will now be clearer.

Yeah, that's about it. Actually Romain's script browses through all
the unresolved bugs which were assigned to the mageia-i18n team and
sends a reminder to this list. Those bugs are assigned to mageia-i18n
when they are related to translation matters, and for now there is
only one (quite) old bug about the Hebrew translation... we can't do
much about it from now until we have an active Hebrew translation
team, so we might end up seeing this reminder from time to time, but
it's a nice feature to be sure that we do not forget translation bugs
that we might have been able to solve.
