[Mageia-i18n] Constitution text, where is it?

You can find them in web svn:
http://svnweb.mageia.org/web/www/trunk/en/about/constitution/mageia.org_statutes_en.md?view=markup

It's just a plain text file. Translate it and put your translation
next to the english one using the same naming schema.
