Freenode) if you have questions.

Oliver, please note that there is an existing bug report to conduct
such requests: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8560 (for the
step that only the sysadmins can do. We i18n leaders can still promote
the accounts to the right LDAP groups).
