[Mageia-marketing] alpha 1 release info preparation

Hi! (x-posting to web and marcom),

as said to -dev

alpha 1 release is in the next days (Friday).

So it's time to prepare the alpha release page and announcement (kind
of a last minute notice again, but we'll prepare for alpha2 as well!)

 * the wiki page will be: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_2_alpha1 -
feeded first from packaging and QA teams)
 * the main announcement landing page could be
http://www.mageia.org/2/ (redirecting to the right locale if
translated) with links to actual ISOs and the release notes, but this
being technical still, maybe the Wiki page directly is good enough;
 * a blog post should be pushed
 * something else?
