[Mageia-sysadm] Package removal request

Please remove esound binary and src packages:
esound-utils
lib*esound-devel
lib*esound0


As has been discussed on the -dev ML, esound should be phased out from
the distro.

I've rebuilt all the packages that had BR esound-devel, and now
nothing requires it in Mageia. (I am wondering if it should be added
to the import-to-svn blacklist, to prevent it being resubmitted).

I think it should be left in SVN for a while though.
