Right, without the "ressources" reasoning :)
It was discussed and also written whenever people mentioned forums
(like Italian and Brazil) that there is the choice:
 - having their own forum on their own website, later to be linked
from the Mageia forums header (like in the international Mandriva
forum)
 - or requesting a forum in their language on the Mageia server inside
the Mageia forums structure (like the German forum)

MLO announced in public to switch their forum to Mageia and be the
French user forum for Mageia. That was also what we kept telling
french users in the english forum and on the mailing lists. I do not
recall any request or plan to open up a French forum inside the Mageia
forum.

BTW and OT: Talking about forums, it would be nice if the German forum
could be set up for release date (just so I have mentioned it).
