Doing that would, for me, feel like taking an axe and attacking
Mageia. I don't see how we can let Mageia grow by moving an important
part out of mageia.org

Now that it looks like both forum admin team and sysadmin team are
growing, I'd rather try what can be worked out with the additional
help of the new hands on deck.

Candidate admins jensm (on forum side) and jstephan (on sysadmin side)
both want to help with the forum.

As for the smileys, is there a chance art team or someone from the
community has time to make smileys based on our cauldron icon? There
won't be a license problem with those ones :-D
