We read very different things in his mails.

And I read different things in your mails than he sees.

I see a lot of pain, stress and fatigue on both sides.

On both sides I see people who want the best for Mageia.

I know pain can lead to distrust.

No one has a switch to turn off distrust, but sometimes there are
moments we can choose.

Those moments, when there is a choice, please choose to trust one
another's good motives.

That is *not* the same as agreeing on how things should be done, but
when there is enough trust there is a lot more room for creativity.
For the creativity we need to find a good solution, that everyone can
live with well :)
