Hi Margot:

You are correct. We are just discussing if we should be adding the 
recent updates at all. With adding updates, there are still bug 
considerations and the user may in fact install a distro that may fail 
just by adding the most recent updates.

But yes, the original ISO would be provided by the local community in 
question.
