[Mageia-i18n] Authoring on translated articles of blog

We, the German translation team, include a line which says "Original
by ......" (in German) right beneath the title. This is normal
procedure when you do a translation, you always mention the author of
the original.

And we set the publication date to the date the original was published
to keep the timeflow of the original blog. That was mentioned in the
beginning when the first blog entry was to be translated.
