And so ? I think that I clearly articulated my point about complain in
the past, something about "patch or you do not exist", some ruthless
motto geared toward efficiency.

More precisely, how many people would complain if the release do not
appear in time, after having worked so hard to meet the deadline ?

Technically, even before, it should be the right way. We had enough
issues with stuff "that will be fixed later" on Mandriva side that I
think we learned the lesson, like "we will clean the buildsystem later"

( so it was running forked version of youri, with no spec on how it
work, with script auto correcting mirrors silently, etc )
